We would like to share our plans for a farm enterprise
The Vision includes LEED CERTIFIED (Platinum Status), which is the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction and operation of high performance green buildings. LEED will give us the tools we need to have an immediate and measurable impact on our building's performance. The number of points the project earns determines the level of LEED Certification the project receives.
Presently there is hay/alfalfa growing, we will transition to specialty crops/fruit such as blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, grapes and tomatoes. Produce will also include various vegetables, baked goods, and preserves.

Other income producing opportunities
- A U-Pick & Packing Berries Barn – visitors can enjoy picking and packing their own handpicked berries. We will partner with UPS and implement their chain supply management system, to hand shipping, distribution and fulfillment.
- Butterfly Gardens – we will partner with local greenhouses and florist in order to feature plants and flowers that will attract the most beautiful indigenous butterflies in the state of New Jersey.
- Co-op 10 rooms - visitors will be able to stay overnight to experience farm living.
- A huge Gathering Room with a fire place and a commercial kitchen/bakery - here we will bake pastries, make preserves, can fruits and vegetables.
- Educational Tours – a real working farm that provides hands-on, guided tours to students of all ages. Tours include scheduled guides and leisurely self-guided excursions through some of Millville's most bountiful countryside, and feature a bit of local history and folk tales.

Open Seasonally
BrenMar Farms is a unique hands-on learning adventure with friendly farm animals. Some of our petting zoo activities include milking a cow, feeding our animals, tractor drawn hayrides and fall pumpkin picking. We're the ideal farm experience for families, reunions, birthday parties, groups and school field trips!
- A hands-on experience. Learn about how to go Green, Energy Conservation.
- We also have a petting zoo which includes: pigs, cows, goats, sheep, chickens, turkeys, ducks, geese, donkeys, horses, rabbits, alpacas, and more.
- Everyone CAN squeeze milk from a cow.
- Tractor drawn hay ride.
- There is a picnic area so bring a lunch while you enjoy the farm.
- Beverages, snacks and souvenirs are available.

- Learn about the environment, the Farm, and the "The Wetlands".
